We're seeking a Technical Operations Specialist to ensure seamless product and hardware support by managing issue triage, coordinating workshop operations, and overseeing hardware inventory. This role drives operational efficiency through stakeholder collaboration, supports UAT for new features, and translates field insights into actionable feedback for product improvements. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary contact for internal stakeholders on hardware and product-related concerns. Examine and validate issues reported by drivers, then provide clear recommendations for resolution.
