What You’ll Do: - Plan and coordinate the maintenance of EV charging stations with the contractors.
- Carry out maintenance of EV chargers for certain EV charging station / battery charger swap station models.
- Attending to customers’ enquiries and coordinating with landlords before the commencement of maintenance work.
- Ensure records are filed properly and data are updated promptly in system. Prepare and collate information for monthly reports.
- Performing backend monitoring of the EV charging stations network using the Charging Station Management System and to carry out basic diagnostic of issues.
