            Responsibilities Assess AS400 system architecture, data structures, and dependencies to develop a comprehensive migration roadmap. 
Lead the technical configuration and deployment of Zoho CRM, CPQ, Zoho Books, Field Service, and Inventory Management. 
Execute ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) operations to migrate financials and critical records from AS400 to Zoho Books. 
Perform data mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy against legacy reports. 
Develop and execute test scripts for functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). 
Troubleshoot migration issues, resolve defects, and ensure compliance with security and data governance requirements. 
Requirements 8+ years of experience in ERP migration, system integration, or enterprise applications. 
Proven hands-on experience migrating from AS400 or similar legacy systems to modern ERP solutions.
