Samtec is seeking a Technical Manufacturing Supervisor to join a structured rotational leadership development program designed to develop future department and plant leaders. This role rotates through key manufacturing and operations functions over multi year assignments (typically 18–24 months per rotation), with the goal of assuming full departmental leadership.
Responsibilities vary by rotation but include leading production teams in a fast paced, high mix/low volume electronics manufacturing environment; owning performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost metrics; and tackling hands on technical and process challenges. Leaders are expected to practice servant leadership, build strong teams, and drive continuous improvement using lean manufacturing principles.
