• Lead, train, and manage a team of technical professionals (project and system engineers) to provide Project Management, System commissioning, technical support, and Pre‑sales to satisfy customer’s requirement and achieve company’s objective.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Effectively allocate tasks and responsibilities among team members based on their skills and expertise.
• Establish clear communication channels within the team. Ensure that team members are kept informed about project updates, organization changes, and any other relevant information.
