Job Summary Prepare and manage mechanical and electrical (M&E) work schedules, coordinate with stakeholders, inspect works, and supervise installation and commissioning of M&E systems to ensure compliance with standards and safety requirements.

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical and site issues promptly
- Inspect mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works before concreting and subsequent construction activities to ensure quality and compliance
- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems (ACMV, plumbing, fire protection) and electrical systems (LV/HV, transformers, switchboards, CCTV) to meet project specifications
