            Minimum Requirements: 
Relevant degree or diploma + trade test (in relevant trade). 
Minimum 15 years related experience and/or training related to the GET business. Preferably OEM experience in a middle to senior management role. 
MS Office  Proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint. MS Projects and Excel. 
Pass and maintain mine medical fitness test. 
Strong knowledge of mining equipment maintenance, diagnostics and technical support processes. 
Proven leadership and people management experience. 
Valid drivers licence (car / feul allowance).

Key Responsibilities: 
Provide technical support across all mining products, ensuring high levels of equipment reliability and customer satisfaction. 
Ensure that PIR and PAR data are comprehensive, accurate, and submitted within required timelines.
