We are partnering with a North London residential developer to recruit a Technical / Senior Technical Manager to support the delivery of their fire remediation portfolio. The business is responsible for a diverse mix of occupied and unoccupied residential buildings, with a strong commitment to safety, compliance, and high‑quality technical governance.

Job description

The Technical / Senior Technical Manager will oversee the design, coordination, and delivery of fire remediation works across a portfolio of residential buildings. Working closely with external fire engineers, façade consultants, building control, and the internal Technical and Construction teams, you will ensure all remediation solutions are compliant, robust, and aligned with programme, budget, and regulatory requirements.
