Position/Role Overview:

The Technical Manager oversees 24/7 operations of the data center facilities engineering function, including DLP and BMS teams. This role ensures continuous monitoring, maintenance, repair, and installation of electrical, mechanical, fire, and control systems; manages technical drawings and capacity planning; supports colocation and IT operations; and maintains availability, reliability, and customer SLAs.
