Job Title: Technical Manager

Location: East London (covering two healthcare sites)

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager to support the delivery of Hard FM services across two healthcare sites in East London.

This role will be responsible for overseeing technical service delivery within a live healthcare environment, ensuring engineering services are compliant, effective, and aligned with operational requirements. Working alongside FM teams, contractors, and NHS stakeholders, you will help drive maintenance performance, technical standards, and service improvements across the estates function.

The successful candidate will provide day-to-day technical leadership, supporting engineering operations, compliance management, and the ongoing development of healthcare estates services.
