Reporting to the Manager, Technical Services, the Technical Lead – Server is responsible for leading all functions related to technical planning, design, configuration, integration, operation, and support of ITS infrastructure services including server hardware, storage, operating systems, directory/email services, and virtualization technologies. The position leads aspects of the technology infrastructure program, provides specialized expertise including Tier III support across the enterprise, supports the reliability, performance, security, and scalability of critical server components and assists in maintaining technical projects and optimizing team and technical resources.
