As a Technical Lead for Substation Projects, you play a key role in the end-to-end development and execution of high-voltage infrastructure projects. You are responsible for coordinating engineering activities across multiple disciplines and ensuring the effective integration of electrical systems, civil interfaces, and grid connection requirements.

You support projects throughout their entire lifecycle—from early concept development and detailed engineering to delivery support—ensuring technical consistency, regulatory compliance, and high-quality execution within the German energy market.

Working closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams, grid operators, clients, and external partners, you help deliver complex power infrastructure solutions.
