Job Purpose:
'The role holder will play a critical role in managing and leading the engineering innovation and growth of our front-end customer facing web and mobile platforms. This role acts as a technical leader, mentor and internal subject matter expert for the teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:
· Understand the business priorities and requirements; architect/develop solutions to meet the business need and lead execution.
· Providing support, guidance and collaborating with Developers / Engineers to implement application design, and review developer & work to ensure correct implementation.
· Work closely with the head of Engineering to ensure lay out strategies on technical deployment and bring them into production with the developer teams.
