Delivers training to both internal and external customers on highly technical and sophisticated products. Training is designed for maintenance engineers that are responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging complex electro‑mechanical equipment. Effective training of customers and Lam engineers directly contributes to increased equipment availability and improved performance across semiconductor manufacturing operations.
