Translate business/game requirements into technical specifications. 
Establish effective strategies and development pipeline. 
Ensure smooth communication of features between all departments. 
Ensure the best performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications and games. 
Create technical game design document. 
Verify implementations according to specifications.
