- Report to: Technical & Business Development Manager

* Main Key performance indicators (KPIs) are:
- To improve customer Abrasive performance/productivity
- Conduct Product Trial & Acceptance at customer sites
- To support Tech/BD Manager to conduct training, survey & troubleshooting
- Ensure Product Quality & Performance as guidance from Tech manager
* Reports Responsible
- Customer abrasive/machine usage matrix
- Technical quality complaint report
- Product/customer trial report
- Competitive analysis report

Job Requirement : *Education & Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in mechanical engineering - More than 2 years in Abrasive, furniture or related industries are prefered - Experience in Metal/Wood/Automotive manufacturing process *Skill Required: - English – Work Proficient - Microsoft office: Excel/Powerpoint- Work proficient
