Act as a key frontline officer responding to site issues and attending to employer or client representatives promptly and professionally. Ensure all maintenance works and services are carried out in accordance with contractual specifications, service standards, and operational requirements. Supervise contractors and service providers to ensure works are completed safely, on time, and in compliance with quality standards.
