Technical Executive (Building) - Project Development Responsibilities
Review architectural submissions, building plans and BIM models to ensure designs meet regulatory and HDB requirements on safety, durability, maintainability, cost, accessibility, and constructability.
Conduct technical reviews and manage updates of the HDB Architectural Guide Drawings, improving work standards and processes using BIM and related tools.
Assist with material listing management to improve the quality of materials used in HDB projects.
Support Project Directors, the HDB representatives, in projects under construction.
Engage in architectural, structural, and M&E works and receive training on good construction practices, work procedures, and quality standards.
Perform in‑process quality, site safety, and housekeeping checks on site works to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and schedule.
