            Year 1: Build a Strong Technical Foundation   Rotation 1 (First 6 months) — Production Technician (1 Product Line)   Operate and understand an entire production line end-to-end. 
Perform core machine operations, basic troubleshooting, and quality checks. 
Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment. 
Collaborate closely with an assigned Shift Leader mentor. 
Develop into a capable Production Technician who understands line behavior and equipment performance. 
 Rotation 2 (Next 6 months) — Cross-Training on a Second Product Line   Support operations on a different product or machine group. 
Strengthen hands‑on technical skills on new machinery. 
Learn root cause analysis and enhance troubleshooting capabilities. 
Understand production flow, OEE principles, and quality requirements.
