            Key Responsibilities  Technical Project Leadership  Translate client briefs into technical solutions (AV lighting staging rigging LED power distribution etc.). 
Develop technical concepts layouts and production strategies. 
Coordinate with operations warehouse and external suppliers. 
Oversee site inspections and technical feasibility assessments. 
(As required)  Lead end-to-end technical event project delivery. 
  
Estimation & Commercial Management  Prepare detailed cost estimates BOQs and quotations. 
Conduct technical costing for labour equipment logistics and subcontractors. 
Ensure margin control and commercial viability of projects. 
Participate in client budget discussions and value engineering. 
Monitor cost variations and manage change orders.
