**Job Summary**

The Technical Estimator / Engineer develops efficient manufacturing processes to produce customer-designed components and assemblies while providing accurate cost and time estimates to support sales efforts and profitability goals.

This role is responsible for converting new quote requests into production-ready work, ensuring estimates are competitive, executable, and aligned with margin targets.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Prepare accurate and competitive job estimates for customer quotes, including materials, labor, machine time, and outside services
+ Develop and document detailed job methods for manufacturing and quality teams
+ Leverage CNC machining expertise to evaluate process feasibility and cost drivers
