The client is looking for a Technical Director (Network Planning & Optimization) to work a 6 month rolling contract based in South Africa (Johannesburg).

Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership for end-to-end radio and transmission network planning and optimization across multi-technology environments (2 G/3 G/4 G/5 G and future evolution). Define and drive long-term KPI/KQI performance strategies aligned with business objectives and emerging industry standards. Identify areas of improvement, and implement solutions.
