What You’ll Do:

Assist Dispatch: Evaluate technical requirements, assign suitable engineers for onsite and remote jobs, manage ticket lifecycles, and track progress to ensure timely resolution

Support Engineers: Serve as the primary point of contact during job execution, provide remote assistance via collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, WebEx), troubleshoot technical issues in real-time, and coordinate with specialists for escalations.
