We’re seeking an experienced Technical Claims Specialist to manage complex automotive warranty claims and provide specialist technical advice across the claims function.
What you’ll do:
Assess and manage technical warranty claimsValidate diagnostics, repair pathways, labour times and parts pricingReview service records, fault codes and repair documentationLiaise with dealers, repairers, customers and external assessorsClearly explain technical issues to non‑technical stakeholdersWhat you’ll bring:Master Mechanic qualification or equivalent senior technician experienceStrong expertise with European vehiclesAdvanced diagnostic and mechanical knowledgeExcellent communication skills and attention to detail
