Responding efficiently and accurately to calls received.
Engaging in active listening, confirming, and clarifying information to ensure procedural activation of support staff.
Constant follow up and feedback on all calls received.
Utilising software, databases, and relevant tools appropriately to ensure swift resolution of all calls received.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
