Give assistance to different departments with process of purchasing materials and items that will be needed in project implementation.
Ensures completion of data in the purchase order forms.
Monitor approval of Purchase order in accordance with Purchase request.
Ensures delivery compliance of suppliers.
Develops alternative items/options to reduce costs.
Qualifications and Skills
Degree in Electrical/ Electronics and Communications/ Computer/ Instrumentation Engineering or related technical course with excellent academic records.
Must be with good problem solving and negotiation skills.
Must be with integrity, have keen attention to detail, good customer mindset.
Must be organized, a critical thinker (solution-oriented), customer focused, systematic and self-driven.
