About the role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Design Manager to support the assurance of the proposed solution across the design, construction, and handover phases, working closely with commercial, production, engineering, digital, and asset stakeholders.

What you'll be doing

Design Management & Integration

• Support the development and coordination of design proposals in line with Employer’s Requirements, statutory obligations, budget constraints, and programme commitments.
• Provide technical input on constructability, sequencing, temporary works integration, commissioning, and maintenance considerations.

Technical Assurance & Governance

• Coordinate multidisciplinary design inputs, including M&E, specialist designers, subcontractors, novated designers, and third‑party contributors.
