            Develop and coordinate technical design packages for high-rise projects. 
Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and industry standards. 
Lead and manage BIM workflows, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in Revit models. 
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design and technical issues. 
Support project managers in delivering projects on time and within scope. 
Provide technical guidance to junior architects and design staff. 
Participate in design review meetings and client presentations. 
Key Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field. 
Must have8-10 years of proven experience as a Technical Architect, preferably within the UAE. 
Strong track record in high-rise project design and delivery. 
Proficiency in Revit and advanced BIM experience. 
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
