Key Responsibilities
Possess a strong understanding of ISO17025 standards and their application in laboratory operations.
Ensure timely completion of client testing requirements using internal enterprise systems, overseeing the entire sample lifecycle from receipt to final reporting.
Provide high-quality technical advice on a range of fuels and lubricants, with a broad knowledge of their production, distribution, and use in the maritime sector.
Regularly review technical recommendations to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Support clients by investigating root causes of quality issues and advising on corrective actions, especially in cases involving onboard machinery challenges.
Offer independent support in marine fuel quality disputes, leveraging insights from laboratory testing.
