Job Summary:
The X-ray/Rad Tech provides routine and specialized radiology services to generate high-quality diagnostic images for patient care. This role performs procedures safely and accurately, working independently while communicating effectively with patients, families, and care teams. Responsibilities:

• Perform and assist with diagnostic radiology procedures to produce accurate, timely images for clinical decision-making.
  
• Prepare patients by explaining procedures, assessing needs, and ensuring comfort, cooperation, and understanding.
  
• Position patients and select appropriate technical parameters to capture images that meet diagnostic quality standards.
  
• Operate radiology equipment, including specialized imaging technologies such as fluoroscopy, in accordance with safety protocols.
