Position Responsibilities:

Support a portfolio of Data Center Construction projects by conducting bid analysis and cost management, engaging and managing third party Quantity Surveyor vendors, identifying Value Engineering opportunities in the design and quantifying the savings. Identify project risks and the associated financial cost impacts by communicating to the broader team, updating the repository for historical data, and defining and tracking cost performance metrics. Analyze and provide timely feedback of construction vendor proposals using AWS benchmark data, create accurate bid leveling documents, cost analysis of schedule and design variations, and validation of final award amounts and scope based on contract documents including schedule.
