Responsibilities - VIP Support
- Onsite support when required
- Governance of administrator, user accounts & access control
- Infrastructure Support: Microsoft Azure, M365, TrendMicro, Druva, HPE servers, VMWare, Cisco Router & Switches, Firewall
- Creation of new OS image with MDT, with bi-monthly maintenance
- Bi-monthly applications/software version maintenance if required
- Managing of vendors for security & policy deviation
- Monthly servers patching & maintenance
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
- Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
