Job Description

We’re looking for a Tech Lead / Solution Architect to provide immediate technical leadership across high‑scale digital products. Based in either Auckland or Wellington, this is a hands‑on role focused on setting direction quickly, aligning teams around shared outcomes, delivering impact early, and lifting engineering capability.

You’ll define how systems are designed, how teams deliver, and how modern technologies, including AI and LLMs are applied in a responsible, production‑grade environment. You’ll work across the full lifecycle, from early‑stage architectural thinking through to delivery, optimisation, and continuous evolution.
