Role Description : Embed advanced generative AI capabilities into the platform, leveraging Azure OpenAI and other LLM frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement LLM-based features (chatbots, summarization, intelligent workflows).

Work with Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, or similar frameworks for model deployment.

Develop prompt engineering strategies and fine-tune models for healthcare use cases.

Collaborate with architect and developers to embed AI features into workflows.

Ensure AI solutions comply with HIPAA and PHI handling requirements.

Monitor AI performance, bias, and reliability.

Qualifications:

5+ years in AI/ML engineering, with focus on LLMs and NLP.

Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, or equivalent.
