Your new role
As a Teamleider Productie, you lead and manage a team to ensure adherence to quality standards in the production of blood and/or blood products, and performing a number of different, often daily recurring production tasks. You ensure knowledge transfer to colleagues through presentations, training sessions and mentoring new staff.
