Responsibilities
- Manage store operations and present a driving role in serving customers.
- Lead from the front on the store floor, engaging with colleagues and customers.
- Maximise sales, impact and presentation for your department while ensuring safety, compliance and staff placement.
- Develop and grow your own team, spotting talent and providing constructive feedback and support.
- Act as a role model, sharing new ideas, best practice and encouraging a strong team spirit and relationships within the store.
- Building a culture that prioritises people and exceeds expectations.
