What will you do?

In this role, you will lead and develop a team of Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers within Volvo Group’s “Data and AI” function. You will create the conditions for people to thrive, set clear priorities, and connect technical work to business value. Together with stakeholders across Volvo Group, you will support the full AI lifecycle from understanding needs to industrializing solutions and continuously improving how we deliver. You will also contribute to our ways of working through best practices, knowledge sharing, and active participation in our AI communities.
