Role Overview

Leads the Corporate Governance function, ensuring compliant, consistent, and high‑quality entity support across the Group. The Manager is responsible for building the team’s document infrastructure, service standards, and development pathways, while overseeing all operational governance activity and external intermediary coordination. The Manager will also have structured exposure to Regulatory team initiatives and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the Corporate Governance team, aligning team efforts to strategic priorities and monitoring capacity levels.
• Oversee entity lifecycle activity across multiple jurisdictions, including incorporations, governance events, and dissolutions.
