What you'll do:

  • Lead and continuously refine our academic partnership strategy, aligned with emerging sector trends and WFA’s organisational vision.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with tertiary and industry partners to enhance qualification design and delivery.
  • Guide and support a talented academic team, enabling innovation, high performance, and meaningful learning experiences.
  • This role includes a component of senior lecturing, with teaching responsibilities flexing between 0.4 and 1.0 FTE in line with delivery needs
