  • Receive various purchase orders from carriers and validate them in the system.
  • Issue work orders (receipts, shipments, returns, etc.).
  • Issue legal documentation (receiving slips, delivery notes, invoices, etc.).
  • Process warehouse transactions (receipts, shipments, inventory, etc.).
  • Provide administrative support for inventory counts.
  • Participate in document entry, verification and filing.
  • Enter receiving into internal system (ERP Dynamics AX)
  • Follow-up on deliveries and returns with the sales office if problems arise.
  • Plan, organize, direct, and control the day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure the smooth running of the team and the various warehouse operations.
  • Ensure that all the shipments are loaded onto various delivery trucks.
  • Raise teams awareness of health and safety standards and company operational policies.
  • All other related tasks.
