Position Summary Plays a key role in programming and executing complex mold repairs, modifications, preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure molds operate optimally and consistently produce high-quality products.
Responsible for standard operating procedures, production performance, safety, quality control, cost management, delivery compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Tool Room department.
Provides mold support to all operational areas and supervises assigned team members.
Ensures proper operation and maintenance of molds.
