Are you an experienced Team Leader looking for your next challenge, or a Senior Residential Support Worker ready to step into a leadership role?
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Team Leader to join our specialist children's residential service in Sturry. This is an exciting opportunity to support vulnerable children and young people while developing your career within a growing and ambitious organisation.
Working closely with the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in leading shifts, supporting staff and ensuring high standards of care are consistently delivered.
Salary & Benefits
