• Manage Online Account Officers, who will be assisting clients over video to open bank accounts with BDO

• Ensure great performance and motivate the team to hit their targets

Your qualifications and experiences should be:

• Bachelor's Degree Holder

• 2 - 3 years experience in Branch Banking Operations / in a Bank or Financial Institution

• 2 - 3 years as a Supervisor / Team Lead

• With Customer Service orientation

You must be willing to work onsite in Greenhills, SM North Edsa or Pasay.
