• Daily management and supervision of the entire production process (from fruit receiving to pulp production)
• Management of seasonal and permanent workers (approximately 88 seasonal workers)
• Oversight of vehicles, trucks, and logistics (including maintenance and scheduling)
• Ensuring that all PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is used and properly maintained
• Workplace safety and compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Coordination of Marula fruit purchases from communities (Phalaborwa, Lulekani, Namakgale, and surrounding areas)
• Maintaining good relationships with workers, traditional leaders, and communities
• Stock management, quality control, and production efficiency
