Core Duties & Responsibilities as Team Leader:

Direct Management of the care team, monitoring staff development through supervision, appraisals, and training to assist them in delivering a high-quality service
Creating, managing, and monitoring customer care plans, ensuring staff rotas meet service users’ needs and aspirations
