Lead shift operations to achieve safe, efficient production and strong team performance.Coach, support and develop operators and technicians, driving engagement and continuous improvement across the shift.Use trade skills to troubleshoot, support maintenance and contribute to improvement projects Reporting directly to the Production Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading a team of technicians and operators.
