Lead and support Supervisors and Site Managers responsible for onsite installation activities, ensuring compliance with processes, standards and procedures within Domain D – Parcel Global Execution EMEA LATAM.
Act as a point of contact for the Installations department within the Domain, in coordination with the Group Leader, ensuring effective communication and alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
Support and cover the Group Leader during absences or vacation periods, ensuring operational continuity and decision making.
Define and manage resource planning, capacity and allocation per project together with the Group Leader, Domain Team Leaders and project teams.
Monitor projects within the Domain in terms of progress, quality, safety, environment and budget, ensuring proper follow up and escalation when required.
