**GENERAL ROLE:**

As **F&B Team Leader – Arabic Speaking** at Miraval The Red Sea, your primary role is to lead daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts while creating thoughtful, personalized, and memorable dining experiences that reflect Miraval's philosophy of mindful hospitality. You will lead by example on the floor, ensuring exceptional service standards, smooth operations, and meaningful guest interactions.

Working closely with the Assistant Outlet Manager and Outlet Manager, you will coach and support the Food & Beverage team to consistently deliver intuitive, caring, and authentic service. As an Arabic-speaking Team Leader, you will also help build genuine connections with Arabic-speaking guests, ensuring their cultural expectations and personal preferences are recognized and thoughtfully anticipated.
