Provide strong pastoral leadership, supporting team wellbeing, engagement, and day-to‑day guidance

Support the Section Leader and Director of Operations by reinforcing strategic priorities, maintaining team focus, and enabling clear, consistent communication
Review and approve weekly timesheets, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
Conduct or support e3 career, performance, and development conversations, fostering continuous growth
Coach and mentor junior and mid‑level team members, providing constructive feedback and career support
Support the recruitment, onboarding, and integration of new team members
Act as a role model and advocate for Jacobs’ Culture of Caring, Inclusion & Diversity, and key strategic initiatives
