Compensation & Hours

£14.05 to £14.50 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.

36‑hour shifts available – nights 8pm to 8am, Monday – Sunday.

Must be able to work alternate weekends.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside and mentor a team of Care Assistants to ensure that outstanding care is delivered at all times.
• Report to the Home Manager and work directly with ancillary teams and other Senior Care Assistants within the home.
• Engage clients in meaningful activities and promote independence, choice, dignity, and respect.
• Create person‑centred care plans and risk assessments, providing regular updates and reviews.
